Practical information

When do registrations open?

Registration opens in two stages :

  • On December 1st, 2025, a pre-sale will be offered to runners from previous editions, runners on the 2025 waiting list, and groups from previous editions.. 

On December 8, 2025, registration is open to all, subject to the availability of bibs.

Registration is done exclusively online via our official portal:👉https://forms.registration4all.com/EventRegistration/Register_Sport_Event.aspx?EventID=219699&RORG=LSCAL 

  1. Select the desired race.
  2. Fill out the online registration form.
  3. Confirm your payment to finalize your registration.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing :

  • your registration reference,
  • and a link to submit your PPS (Health Prevention Pathway, valid for 3 months).

⚠️ Medical certificates are no longer accepted as of 2024.
Your registration will only be finalized once your up-to-date Personal Health Plan (PPS in french) is uploaded to the platform.
Paper registrations are no longer accepted.

Our races are open to all runners, licensed or not, according to their year of birth. :

For adult races, age categories will be ranked separately in accordance with the FFA (French Athletics Federation). Each participant runs at their own risk, and checks may be carried out to ensure fair and consistent racing conditions.

Registration is open until June 19, 2026 at midnight, subject to the availability of race bibs.

After this deadline, only on-site registration will be possible (subject to the availability of remaining bibs).

A processing fee is applied to all registrations.

You can benefit from preferential rates depending on the number of bibs:

  • From 10 to 30 runners: -10 %
  • Between 31 and 50 runners : -15 %
  • More than 50 runners : -20 %

Yes, you can register multiple participants from the same account.

For groups of more than 10 people, consider registering as a group (request to be made by email) in order to benefit from our advantages.

For participants of legal age, participation is subject to the mandatory presentation of one of the following two documents: :

  1. A valid FFA license (Athletics Competition, Athletics Company, Athletics Running or Pass’ J’aime Courir) issued by the FFA and completed by a doctor, valid on the date of the event.
  2. A PPS (Health Prevention Pathway) certificate, obtained on the FFA platform, dated less than 3 months before the date of the race.

No other license (other sports federations) can be accepted.👉 To learn more about the PPS and obtain your certificate: visit the FFA website

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

Remember to check your junk mail (spam) folder if you can’t find it in your main inbox.

Once payment has been made, registration is final.

For logistical reasons, no changes to the race are possible.

If you have purchased cancellation insurance, you can cancel your registration and create a new one for the race of your choice. (However, please note the specific cancellation conditions.)

Yes, we offer Mutuaide cancellation insurance, available directly on the registration form.

This option allows you to receive a refund in case of unforeseen events covered by the policy (please check the refund conditions carefully).

For any questions regarding your insurance or reimbursement conditions, please contact Mutuaide directly.

Cancellation insurance is optional and must be purchased at the time of registration.

It allows runners to obtain a refund in the event of cancellation for specific reasons.
Detailed conditions are outlined in the Mutuaide contract.

Bib collection

Bib collection is only possible upon presentation of an identity document or the confirmation email received during your registration.n.
Withdrawals are taking place:

  • Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Marathon Village,
  • Sunday, June 21, 2026 from 6am to 8am at the Carrefour in Dorlisheim.

⚠️ No withdrawals will be possible in Scharrachbergheim (start of the half-marathon) or at the Marathon Village on Sunday morning.

👉 Don’t forget to check that your Health Prevention Plan (PPS), less than 3 months old, is uploaded to the registration platform. Without a valid PPS, your race number cannot be issued.

To collect your race bib, you must present :

  • An identity document, or
  • The email confirming your registration,
  • And, if this has not been done online, your PPS (Health Prevention Pathway) certificate dated less than 3 months prior to the race date..

These documents are mandatory to validate the collection of your race number.

Yes, it is possible to remove another runner’s bib number, provided that you present :

  • His identity document,
  • And a written statement signed by the person authorizing the withdrawal.

Without these two documents, no withdrawal will be accepted..

Yes, free and secure baggage storage is available for runners.

You will find a baggage tag (with your race number) in your race packet to attach to your bag.

The drop-off points are located:

  • At the Dorlisheim crossroads for the Marathon and the 10 km (baggage check truck)
  • In Scharrachbergheim for the Half Marathon (baggage truck)

The bags will be transported by the organization to the arrival area, at the Hossenlopp Gymnasium in Molsheim, where you can collect them upon presentation of your race number.

⚠️ The collection must be made before 2pm.
Uncollected bags will be available from the following Monday at the Communauté de Communes de la Région Molsheim-Mutzig:

*However, if you notice an error beforehand, log in to your runner account to make the change online yourself..

What to do at the Marathon Village?

The Marathon Village is the true festive heart of the weekend! You’ll find there :

  • 🎪 Partner booths: running gear, sports equipment, friendly races, local associations…
  • 🍻 A refreshment stand and food stalls to recharge in a cheerful atmosphere.
  • 🎶 Musical entertainment throughout the day.
  • 🎯 Games and activities for young and old.
  • 🎁 And of course, many surprises have been prepared by our team!

It’s the ideal place to meet other runners, or simply enjoy the Alsatian atmosphere.

Free and secure baggage storage is available for runners.

🏁 All arrivals take place at the Molsheim Marathon Village (6, rue de la Monnaie).

Free shuttle buses are provided for half-marathon runners.

They run between 8:15 and 9:00, every 15 minutes, from the Carrefour Dorlisheim parking lot to the starting point in Scharrachbergheim..

Here is the summary:

  • 🏃‍♂️ For half-marathon runners :
    Shuttles running every 15 minutes from 8:15 am to 9:00 am, from the Carrefour Dorlisheim car park to Scharrachbergheim (start of the semi-trail race).
  • 👏 For the spectators:
    Free shuttles from Village Marathon (Molsheim) to Carrefour Dorlisheim and vice versa, from 7am to 5pm (Sunday only).

🚗 The Dorlisheim crossroads car park is the main recommended parking point.
Free shuttle buses will run throughout the weekend to connect the various departure and arrival points. However, other parking areas, indicated in the attached document, are also available.

Remember to plan your arrival in advance: some roads will be temporarily closed for the passage of the runners.

A group warm-up is planned only for the 5km race, which is organized after the children’s races on Saturday.

For the other events, each participant is free to warm up individually before the start.

Lead cyclists precede the first riders in each race to ensure the smooth running and safety of the peloton.

However, no pace setters are planned for our events.

Yes⏱️

Official timing is provided by Chronocompétition, via a chip integrated into the bib number.

For safety reasons and to ensure the smooth running of the events, the following items are strictly prohibited on the course:🚫 Dogs, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, strollers, or any wheeled or motorized vehicle.

Only official vehicles and lead bicycles are allowed to circulate on the route.

There is no fixed medical post along the route, but:

  • Each runner has the emergency number for the security control center printed on their race bib. : 0805 690 661.
  • Rescue teams are present at the arrival point, near the Tilleuls school in Molsheim..

Marshals are positioned along the entire route and can alert emergency services if necessary.

In case of an incident or illness on the course, immediately contact the number printed on the bottom of your race bib. :

They are stationed along the entire course and will take care of you.
